"My orders" automatically remembers every order made on the same device and browser you used to buy it, with no login required, so start there first. If you're on a different device, or that history got cleared, you can paste the order link (or just the id from it) into "My orders" and it re-attaches instantly — but that still requires having the link from somewhere, like an email or a chat message you sent yourself. The only recovery path that doesn't depend on the original link at all is if you opted in to a Telegram handle or an email address on the order page when you bought it — in that case, the code (and the order link, for email) was already sent there and is worth checking. If none of that applies and the order was paid, contact support with your payment's transaction id; that's the one piece of information that always ties back to a specific payment, with or without the link.

If you paid but have no link, no Telegram, and no email on file, your on-chain payment transaction id is still traceable back to a specific order — contact support with it. This only works for orders that were actually paid; an order that was never paid for has nothing linking it back to you, which is also exactly why the order link matters so much in the first place.
