Terms of use
By using CryptoGift you agree to these terms. This is a self-custody storefront: you pay in stablecoins from your own wallet, and we source and deliver a gift card code in return. We never take custody of your funds beyond the single payment for your order, and we hold no user accounts.
Payments
Payments are on-chain transfers of USDC or USDT and are irreversible. You must send the exact amount, token and network shown for your order. Funds sent in the wrong token, on an unsupported network, or to the wrong address may be permanently lost and are not our responsibility.
Delivery
A gift card code is delivered to your order page (and Telegram, if you opt in) after your payment confirms on-chain and passes routine checks. Delivery is typically within minutes but can take longer during network congestion or supplier delays.
Region & validity
Gift cards are redeemable only in the country/store stated on the product and order. It is your responsibility to buy the region matching where you will redeem. We are not responsible for a code bought for the wrong region.
Refunds
A revealed gift card code cannot be refunded. If we take payment but cannot deliver a code, we refund the full amount to the address you paid from. Because on-chain payments are irreversible, please verify every detail before paying.
Acceptable use
You may not use the store for unlawful purposes. Orders may be held for review or declined at our discretion; declined paid orders are refunded.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
