Your Gift Card Order Is Stuck on "Pending" โ€” What to Do

Last updated July 28, 2026

Quick answer

Your order page updates on its own the whole time โ€” there's nothing to refresh or check manually. The instant your payment confirms on-chain, the page moves to a "preparing your card" state while the code is sourced, which normally resolves in well under a minute; for most orders this is the only state you'll ever see before the code appears. If it's taking longer than that, the page shows one of two honest reasons rather than an endless spinner: either the order is being held for a routine manual review (uncommon, and it does eventually get released one way or another), or it's genuinely delayed โ€” which the system flags on its own once a paid order has been sitting for more than about ten minutes without completing. Neither state means something is wrong with your payment; the money already confirmed on-chain the moment the page said "paid." If an order stays delayed and you want a person to look at it, contact support with your order link or transaction id.

The stages, in order

Awaiting payment โ†’ paid โ†’ preparing (most orders) โ†’ delivered. Two less common branches exist: a small share of orders go to a brief manual review before sourcing, and any order that's been paid for more than about ten minutes without completing is automatically marked delayed, purely so the page can tell you the truth instead of spinning forever.

Your payment already succeeded

Once the order page shows "paid," your on-chain transfer has already confirmed โ€” that part is done and isn't what's pending. What's still in progress after that point is sourcing the actual gift card code, which is a separate step from the payment itself.

When to actually contact support

If your order has been sitting in "delayed" for a while and you'd rather not keep waiting, or if something about the status genuinely looks wrong, reach out with your order link or payment transaction id. You don't need to do this the moment you see "preparing" โ€” that's the expected, fast-resolving state for the large majority of orders.
